School of peri-operative nursing has started offering admission for 2018/2019 academic session.

GUIDELINE FOR ADMISSION INTO UNTH POST BASIC SCHOOLS OF NURSING

REQUIREMENTS

1. Passport Photograph (less than 20kb on registration)
2. Birth certificate or age declaration
3. Senior School Certificate or equivalent
4. Nursing licence
5. Nursing Certificate/ testimonial
6. One year to 2 years experience depending on school
7. Marriage certificate if married
8. Other educational certificate
9. Possess the West African Certificate/GCE/NECO or their equivalent with Credits in five (5) subjects at one or two sittings including English and Mathematics, and with all the Science subjects viz; Biology, Chemistry and Physics

REGISTRATION FEE

 The registration fee is N9000. This includes the examination fee and Processing fee. This is payable at the bank and evidence of payment uploaded to the registration portal.

Your payment will be confirmed immediately and examination slip sent to your email.
